ah, the most depressing day of the year for me as i am forced to take a vacation during the interminable fairplex meet. at least belmont's fall meet may offer some good opportunities before oak tree opens up.
r2: newwaystodream. going to take a bit of a flyer here with 'dream as thi maiden special cmae up rather tough. exotic elegance is bred to be a champion and she may put it all together today, but at 7/5 or so, i'll try 'dream, who goes second tie mout for robbins.
r4: big squeeze. another tough non winners of one and i think we may get a decent price on this kerwin john mount, who will have to outrun the son of mazel trick right next door, major success. 'squeeze has the recency edge and may get the jump on his rivals on the turn for home.
r5: cadillac cruiser. think this one really wants to run long as he's by long fused touch gold out of a holy bull mare. 'cruiser gest a poor post, but a hungry rider, corey nakatani, who is looking for the riding title this summer.
r6: statement. absolutely loved this one's last race, where he was game as all hell to the wire. this is obviously tougher, as coyoke, glick, tsigane, lenny and the tin man are grizzled turfers, but i like the way this son of seattle slew is coming up to this race and he should get a dream trip behind what looks to be a very swift pace.
r9: tipton. owens is a very sharp trainer, although not known for firing with firsters. tipton has been training very forwardly for this one and should be a very betable price in here.
